Endocrine Disruption Chemical Test (OECD TG 250)

In recent years, in order to comply with the 3R principle, it has become increasingly important to seek alternative models for laboratory animals. Therefore, our center has adopted the OECD TG250 testing standard published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD): "Detection of Endocrine Active Substances, acting through estrogen receptors, using transgenic tg (cyp19a1b:GFP) Zebrafish embrYos". We have obtained authorization to import the transgenic zebrafish strain tg (cyp19a1b:GFP). After confirming the test efficacy and stable quality control in accordance with the OECD TG 250 testing standard, we officially announced in November 2022 that we would provide technical and resource services to relevant users in Taiwan.
